East Coast Natureworld

Tasmania’s premier natural wildlife and Ecology park

East coast Natureworld is Tasmania’s multi-award winning wildlife park, animal rescue and rehabilitation sanctuary. Natureworld's 63 acres is situated on the coastline amongst natural parkland and lagoons. In addition to the display animals,

Natureworld attracts lots of wild animals from the local area. It’s not uncommon to have pelicans on the lawn at feeding time together with lots of native ducks which flies in from the nearby coastal lagoons.

Natureworld has an abundance of Tasmanian wildlife on display including Tasmanian devils, quolls, bettongs, wombats, wallabies and koalas. The free-roaming Forester kangaroos are simply amazing as they have been well conditioned to interact with the visitors, and their tameness never ceases to thrill.

Meet the keepers and see the Tasmanian devils, wombats, kangaroos, snakes and others being fed.

Relax and take in the view of the lagoon and animals in our 'Wildspot Cafe' while enjoying a delicious Espresso coffee, tasty hot or cold meal, a dessert or treat. We even have an 'all day breakfast' menu.....
